These terms govern your purchase of the digital edition of The Protocol of Aesthetic Intelligence. Please read section 4 in particular — it concerns your right to cancel, and by completing a purchase you are agreeing to it.

References to "we" and "us" mean the above. "You" means the person buying the book.
You are buying a single digital publication: The Protocol of Aesthetic Intelligence, a written work of eighteen chapters and approximately four hundred pages, together with its assessment scorecards and tracker appendices.
It is delivered as a file you download and keep. It is not a subscription, not a course, and not access to a service that can be withdrawn. Revisions to the first edition are provided to purchasers at no additional cost.
As a consumer you would ordinarily have fourteen days to withdraw from a contract for digital content and receive a full refund.
By completing your purchase you expressly request that we begin supplying the digital content immediately, and you acknowledge that you will therefore lose your statutory right to withdraw once the download is made available to you.
You confirm this by ticking the box at checkout. If you do not wish to give that consent, do not complete the purchase.
This does not take away our own, more generous promise below.
Separately from anything the law requires, we offer a voluntary guarantee. If within seventy-two hours of purchase you do not consider the book worth what you paid, write to welcome@protocolofaestheticintelligence.com and the full amount is returned. No form and no explanation is required.

On payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read the book, store it on your own devices, and print a copy for your own use. You do not acquire ownership of the work itself.

Copyright and all other intellectual property in the book remain ours. Quoting short passages for review or commentary, with attribution, is welcome.
The book is educational. It is not medical, dental, dermatological, psychological, nutritional or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional in your own country.
Where medicines, treatments or procedures are discussed, they are described so that you can hold an informed conversation with a qualified practitioner — not so that you can act without one. Do not start, stop or change any treatment on the strength of this book. Nothing in it diagnoses or treats any condition.
Results vary between individuals, and the book says so plainly. No particular outcome is promised.
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may revise the book, change the price of future sales, or withdraw the edition. Any change of price does not affect a purchase already made, and revisions to the first edition are provided to existing purchasers.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your purchase.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, our total liability arising out of your purchase is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any outcome arising from how you choose to apply the book's contents.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected by these terms.
If something has gone wrong, write to welcome@protocolofaestheticintelligence.com and we will reply within fourteen days. Most things are resolved this way.
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which we are established, and disputes fall to its courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions of your own country. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
